OUR TAMPA HOME

A med spa in Tampa, FL, on North Dale Mabry Highway

We are in Carrollwood, on North Dale Mabry, in the same building we have been in for more than seven years. That matters more than it sounds like it should. A practice that stays put is a practice you can hold accountable, and most of the people who walk through our door were sent by someone who has been coming here for years.
Inside, you will find injectables and facial balancing, advanced skin and resurfacing treatments, non-surgical body contouring, hair restoration and wellness care — five specialties that talk to each other rather than five separate menus. Care is directed by Rosaly Stephens, MSN, APRN-C, Co-Owner and Clinical Director. Daniela Trujillo, LME, leads HydraFacial, acne and pigmentation care. Dr. Brianna De Souza, a board-certified dermatologist, provides medical direction and clinical oversight.

Patients travel to us from across Tampa Bay:

Before you choose a treatment, choose a standard

Why Patients Choose Aspire

Seven years in one room in Carrollwood, thousands of faces, and a 4.9 rating built almost entirely on people telling their friends. What patients keep writing about is not a treatment. It is the feeling of being told the truth by someone who clearly knows what they are looking at — including the times the truth is that you do not need us yet.

We can afford to tell you no

With more than sixty treatments across five specialties, we are never trying to make your concern fit the two things we happen to offer. Breadth is what makes restraint possible.

Physician-directed, not physician-adjacent

Our treatment protocols are reviewed under Dr. Brianna De Souza, a board-certified dermatologist, and every treatment is performed by a licensed medical professional.

Written pricing before you decide

You leave the consultation with the recommended plan and the number, in writing. Nothing gets decided in the chair, and nothing gets added while you are lying down.

Start where you actually start

Start with what you see in the mirror

Almost nobody walks in asking for a treatment by name. They walk in saying my under-eyes make me look tired even when I’m not, or my skin has never really calmed down. That is exactly the right place to start, and you will never be made to feel silly for putting it that way. Pick what you notice. We will show you what is usually underneath it — including the times the honest answer is good skincare and a little patience.

If any of this sounds like you —

You know exactly what bothers you, but not what it is called or what actually fixes it. You want to look like yourself on a good day, and you would rather nobody could point to what changed. You have bought the products and booked the facials and something still is not landing. Or you would simply like someone experienced enough to tell you that you do not need more. Then you are in the right place, and this is where we start.

Tired, hollow under-eyes

Usually one of three separate problems: lost volume, shadowing from bone structure, or pigment. They look identical in the mirror and respond to completely different treatments.

Lines and wrinkles

Lines that appear when you move and lines that stay when you stop are two different conversations. The first is usually muscle. The second usually is not.

Loose or sagging skin

Usually one of three separate problems: lost volume, shadowing from bone structure, or pigment. They look identical in the mirror and respond to completely different treatments.

Acne and breakouts

Adult acne is usually barrier function, hormones and habits before it is ever a device. We start by finding out which one you are actually dealing with.

Dark spots and melasma

Pigment needs a diagnosis before it needs a laser. Melasma treated like a sun spot frequently comes back worse than it started.

Redness and rosacea

Calming and repairing the barrier generally comes first. Energy-based treatment on an inflamed face tends to buy you a setback.

Acne scarring and texture

Rolling, boxcar and ice-pick scars behave differently and need different tools. Identifying the scar type is most of the work.

Stubborn fat and contour

Where fat sits matters more than how much of it there is, and skin quality determines whether contouring will look smooth afterwards.

Thinning hair

Timing is the whole game. Holding what you still have is considerably more achievable than recovering what has already gone.

Low energy, weight and hormones

Sometimes what shows up on your face starts somewhere else entirely. When that is the case, treating the face alone is an expensive way to stay frustrated.

Five specialities, one connected plan

Our med spa services in Tampa, FL

Our services are organised into five specialties so a provider can look past a single
complaint and build one plan for your face, skin, body, hair and overall health. Every
visit begins with a consultation.

Our injectable work covers neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers and collagen-stimulating biostimulators. Rather than treating one feature in isolation, we work by facial balancing — reading proportion, movement, volume and skin quality together — because a lip that looks wrong is often a chin that was never addressed. Filler restores volume in the cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, temples and under-eyes; biostimulators build collagen gradually over months rather than filling a space today.

a moving target. not a deadline

What your skin doing right now

Aging is not one event you respond to at forty. Collagen, bone, fat and pigment all change on separate schedules, which is why the right treatment at thirty is frequently the wrong treatment at fifty. Use this as orientation, not as a prescription — your plan follows your skin and your history, not your birthday.

In your 20s

Mostly protection and correction: acne, early scarring, barrier health and sun damage you can still get ahead of. Neurotoxin, if it is used at all, is used lightly and for prevention rather than repair.

In your 30s

Movement lines start to leave a trace when the face is at rest, and skin quality begins asking for maintenance. Consistency does more here than intensity does.

In your 40s

Volume and structure begin shifting alongside texture. This is usually where facial balancing earns its place, because treating one line while ignoring proportion is what starts to look done.

In your 50s

Laxity, bone change and pigment tend to arrive together. Combination planning matters, and so does the discipline to sequence treatments rather than stack them

60 and beyond

Skin quality, hydration and considered restraint. The goal is rested and recognisable, not reversed — and the fastest way to look overdone at this stage is to chase someone else’s face.

More is not the goal. Right is the goal

WHAT SHOWS ON THE OUTSIDE OFTEN STARTS INSIDE

Aesthetics is only half the conversation

Energy, weight, sleep and hormones change both how you look and how you feel, and no amount of skilled injecting solves a problem that begins somewhere else. Aspire’s wellness services are evaluated medically, under physician direction, and held to the same standard as everything else we do.

Rosaly Stephens, MSN, APRN-C

MASTER INJECTOR · CLINICAL DIRECTOR · CO-OWNER

Inside Aspire, she is La Maestra — the teacher.

It is not a marketing title. It is what the team calls the person who sets the standard and then trains everyone else to hold it. With nearly twentyfive years in nursing and more than seventeen in aesthetic medicine, Rosaly leads Aspire’s clinical standards and provider education, and trains injectors nationally and internationally for Merz Aesthetics and Revance. She specialises in facial balancing, injectables and nonsurgical body sculpting, from jawline to silhouette. Every consultation she runs begins the same way: she listens before she looks, and she will tell you what she really thinks.

LICEHNSED MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN

The first provider trained in the La Maestra Method.

In five years at Aspire, Daniela has built her practice around acne, acne scarring, melasma, rosacea and skin-barrier repair, with advanced experience treating skin of color. A Master HydraFacial provider trained in radiofrequency microneedling, lasers and chemical peels, she works bilingually in English and Spanish and is known for care that is welcoming, genuinely educational, and never shaming. Nobody leaves her room feeling talked down to about their skin.

WHAT SHOWS ON THE OUTSIDE OFTEN STARTS INSIDE

The La Maestra Method

Here is the thing patients rarely get told: a practice is only ever as good as its least experienced provider on their busiest day. The La Maestra Method exists so that sentence never has to worry you here. Developed by Rosaly Stephens, MSN, APRN-C, it is Aspire’s written standard for consultation, treatment planning, patient care and clinical education — the thing that lets us promise the same judgment regardless of who you see.
Four commitments hold it together: evaluate the whole patient rather than the complaint they arrived with; listen before recommending; understand the anatomy underneath the concern; and prioritise safety over the sale, every time. It is written down deliberately, because a standard that lives only in one person’s head does not survive growth.
The  standard transfers
Daniela Trujillo, LME, was the first team member trained in the method, and she applies it daily through HydraFacial treatment planning and her approach to acne, pigmentation and long-term skin health. Her work is the proof that this is teachable — that Aspire’s standard can be taught, practised and carried forward rather than depending on one pair of hands.

A standard is not what you do on a quiet Tuesday. It is what holds on a busy
Thursday.

Results, across every skin tone

Every image in our gallery is an Aspire patient. None of them are stock photography, and none of them are someone else’s work. You can filter by skin tone and treatment type, which matters more than it sounds like it should — a result on skin nothing like yours tells you very little about what your result might look like.

Expert care for every complexion

Beauty in Every shade

Healthy skin does not come from a one-size-fits-all protocol. Every
complexion carries its own sensitivities and its own risks, and the honest
version of that statement is uncomfortable: melanin-rich skin treated on
default settings can be left with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
that takes far longer to resolve than the original concern did.

So we adjust. Product selection, energy settings, peel depth, needle
depth, pre-treatment and aftercare all change with your skin. Fair and
lighter complexions get their own screening and their own
considerations, because precision is not a favour extended to some
patients and withheld from others. You should be able to walk into a
med spa and feel like they have seen skin like yours a thousand times.
Here, they have.

There is no default setting for skin.
There is only yours.

What patients ask for most often

These are the treatments patients return for. Popularity is not a recommendation,
though — each one still begins with an assessment, and any of them can be the
wrong answer for a particular face.

TREATMENT · NEUROTOXIN

Neurotoxins

Used to soften forehead lines, frown lines and
crow’s feet by relaxing the muscles that create
them. We carry several formulations, which
differ in onset and duration; your provider
selects for your movement pattern rather than
for what is on promotion.

TREATMENT . FACIAL BALANCING

Dermal filler & facial balancing

Hyaluronic acid filler restores volume in the
cheeks, lips, chin, jawline and temples, while
collagen biostimulators work gradually over
months. Balancing treats proportion, which is
usually why a good result looks like nothing
was done.

TREATMENT . MICRONEEDLNG

Microneedling

Support for recovery, hydration and nutrient status, recommended on the basis of what your evaluation shows rather than sold as a standing menu item.

EXPLORE MICRONEEDLING

TREATMENT . HYDRAFACIAL

HydraFacial

Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration in a single visit, typically with no downtime. It is where we start most new skin patients, because it tells us how your skin behaves before we ask more of it.

EXPLORE HYDRAFACIAL

TREATMENT . BODY

Non-surgical BBL

Shape and projection added with injectable filler and biostimulator rather than surgery — and, to be clear, not with light-based technology. Results are moderate and gradual, and skin quality largely determines whether the outcome looks smooth.

EXPLORE NON-SURGICAL BBL

TREATMENT . SUBMENTAL

Submental & jawline contouring

Radiofrequency-assisted treatment for fullness under the chin and along the jawline. Candidacy depends heavily on skin quality and the amount of laxity present, so this is an assessment before it is an appointment.

EXPLORE SUBMENTAL CONTOURING

Every treatment begins with a personalised assessment. Recommendations, timelines, recovery and results vary from patient to patient, and some patients are advised that treatment is not appropriate for them.

PATIENT FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

Why patients trust Aspire

Hundreds of Tampa Bay patients have taken the time to write about us, and the average sits at 4.9. What we pay attention to is not the number but which words keep repeating inside it: honest, unhurried, no pressure.

“I felt seen, heard and understood.”

The patient described visiting several med spas for injectables previously and found the care at Aspire the most careful of them, noting that the team was knowledgeable and did not push a particular treatment.

VERIFIED GOOGLE REVIEWS

“They don’t upsell you on anything.”

This reviewer highlighted the staff’s honesty,
saying they were offered exactly what they
needed rather than a longer list of add-ons.

VERIFIED GOOGLE REVIEWS

“A place that I trust.”

The reviewer described being happy with both the process and the outcome of filler
treatment, and characterised the practice as
welcoming and supportive throughout.

Frequently asked questions

Written by our providers, in the words patients actually use. If yours is not here, contact us and we will answer it directly.

Do I have to know which treatment I want before I come in?

No — and most patients do not.

Your consultation exists precisely so you do not have to arrive with a diagnosis. Come in with the concern: tired-looking eyes, skin that will not calm down, a jawline that has softened. We will explain what typically causes it, what we would consider, what we would not, and roughly what each option involves. You leave with a written plan and pricing, and there is no expectation that you book the same day.

Beauty, planned around you

Come and see what it feels like to be properly understood

Your complimentary consultation is an unhurried conversation about your face, your skin, your body and what is actually bothering you. Bring the photograph you have been saving. Ask the question you have been embarrassed to ask — we have heard it before, and nobody here is going to make a face. You will leave with a written plan, real pricing, and a clear sense of what we would do first — and what we would leave alone.
